The Conscious Cocktail is more than a mixology brand and business, it's a passion project! The name is an amalgamation of two of my vocational roles. What does this mean? Stay tuned to find out. About Me
"I love to create!" My mixology journey began like many others, experimenting in my kitchen and crafting drinks for friends. With a deep fascination for the science and art of food and beverages, I immersed myself in understanding everything from the impact of water's pH balance on recipes to the nuanced differences between cocoa and cacao in baking. When the opportunity arose to have my own laboratory (aka a bar), I seized it eagerly. This environment allowed me to refine my skills and create exquisite cocktails.

Beyond mixology, I find joy in illustrating and creative writing. By day, I'm a Psychotherapist, but by night, I transform into a bartender — hence my self-proclaimed alter ego, Batman.
